Runner's Fuel

A blend created with athletes in mind to support training, long runs and provided added energy throughout the day.

Ingredients: nettle, hibiscus, oatstraw, raspberry leaf and tulsi 

Instructions: Steep 1 heaping tbsp in 250mL of boiled water for 5-7 minutes
